The Regional Innovative Cluster for Cultural and Environmental Heritage is pleased to inform its partners about the official launch of CR.EU.IN. HERITAGE, a European call aimed at supporting innovation projects in the field of cultural heritage, with particular attention to the role of digital technologies and the cultural and creative sectors in economic and territorial development.
The call provides a total budget of €1,970,000 and is addressed to SMEs, particularly those operating in value chains related to the enhancement of cultural heritage. The objective is to promote product or process innovation projectscapable of integrating culture, emerging technologies, and new development models.
The call is structured in two phases. The first phase, currently open, requires submitting a short Project Idea and selecting one of two intervention areas: Product Innovation or Process Innovation. The deadline for this phase is 20 April 2026. Companies selected in this stage will then proceed to the second phase, dedicated to developing the full proposal within a consortium.
The opening of the call will also be presented during the event “Culture as an Economic Driver in the New AgoraEU Programme”, which will take place on 17 March 2026 at the European Parliament in Brussels, with the possibility of online participation. The meeting will provide an in-depth overview of the call and of the broader European policy framework that recognizes culture as a strategic driver of innovation and economic development.
